To place an order, the customer must be 18 years or older. Therefore, each order is considered to conform to this condition.

When you create a customer account, you must enter your full and accurate full name. When you place an order, you must enter the correct shipping address and phone number. Otherwise, your shipment may be delayed or returned. We are not responsible for delivery problems due to incorrect data.

Shipping Policy

We ship to all of the United States from our Warehouse in Florida US. All packages are shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to follow their progress. Therefore, your orders are shipped quickly and securely within the United States. Once we ship your order, we will send you the tracking details. Most arrive within 2 or 3 days.

Return Policy
We offer a 30 day money back policy on all orders. After receiving the shipment, the buyer must contact us. Refunds will be given as refund or replacement. The return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. The item must be returned in its original unopened condition for a refund. Some products may dry out or deteriorate for long periods of time and while in transit, decreasing in value. In such cases, we will evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis, but we can not fully refund these returned orders. Shipping costs for returned orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

Requests Returned
A charge will apply if, for any reason that is beyond our control, a return is sent to us and we would appreciate it if we send it back.

Delivery Time
Since we ship from our warehouse in Florida US, most shipments arrive in 2 or 3 days.
